* You need to have at least 500 characters per roleplaying post.
* Be literate or die. I mean, literally, DIE. Do not ever use chatspeak whatsoever like:
u=You (or ur as in your/you're)
r=Are
c=See/sea
no=Know
2=To/too/two
4=For
#=Number
&=And
* NO godmoding or powerplaying. If you're an experienced roleplayer, you should know what it means. If you're new to roleplaying, you shouldn't be on this forum, but if you join anyway, here's what they mean:
Godmoding means that your character is invincible. Face it, people. No matter how strong your characters are, they cannot be up in a fight against... say, twenty other cats and escape without a scratch.
Powerplaying means that you control another person's character(s). Like, say, I have a character named... Anne, and somebody else has a character named Jane, I can't go like '"Hi Jane!" Anne shouted as she ran towards her best friend. Jane turned around. "Hi Anne!"' I can't do that because Jane is someone else's character. I know that this is hard to do in battle, but instead of "Blackflower pinned Stormstripe down and started clawing at his fur" it would look something more like "Blackflower jumped at Stormstripe, hoping to pin down the RainClan cat."
* Use OOC or brackets to tell us when you're not roleplaying on a roleplaying board.
* Don't go into detailed descriptions of sexual scenes (blood and gore is okay). Face it--there might be nine year olds on this site, and, well, yeah...
* If two of your characters are stuck in a battle to the death, don't come crying to the staff and try to get us to decide who the victor is. They're your characters--you decide which one is going to die.
* And, if your character is dead, don't make it springing back to life.
* Don't feel the urge to post a reply whenever somebody replied to you. Remember, we want quality, not quantity.
* Your character cannot be in two places at once.
* Don't put "Whisperfur is the most beautiful cat in her Clan" or something. You may, however, put "Whisperfur is one of the most beautiful cats in her Clan."
* You cannot play an apprentice before he or she has a mentor. It is traditional for leaders to give their apprentices a mentor when they first name them as apprentices, so why stop now?
* Leaders will decide a cat's warrior name.
* If two warriors have kits, then it is up to the kits' parents to decide on their pelt colour and names. Unless if you don't want to, of course.
